Redeveloping an industrial site in Brisbane’s Southern suburbs for the provision of work stores, utility and flexibility is at the heart of the proposal for 23 units currently under construction. Designed to cater for individual and small business needs, the proposal is envisioned as a ‘work village’ for office, showroom, storage and warehouse functions. Variation in the building forms give individual identity to each tenancy, while its seventies-inspired colour scheme underscores the spirit of opportunity in providing affordable spaces for small operators to make their own.
