On a 3,500m2 site in North Lakes, this project combines a 700m2 warehouse and showroom for plumbing supplier Reece with seven workstores to the rear of the site, ranging from 75-97m2 on the ground floor. The design utilises the angled site frontage to maximise visibility of Reece’s showroom to passing traffic. Hardstand at the rear of the warehouse acts as an asset for the workstores behind, which are constructed from precast concrete panels.
