An 81 Room Four Star seven story Hotel with Conference Rooms, Restaurant and Bar located in the CBD of City of Ipswich, Qld. The complex includes 100 car parks, function rooms with seating for 370 people, banquet style and outdoor alfresco dining overlooking the park. This project was awarded the overall Design Award in the Ipswich 2006 Awards for Excellence.
