EDGE EARLY LEARNING - CANNON HILL
Location: 18 Andrews Street Cannon Hill
Husband Architects were engaged to carry out a re-design of a DA approved scheme and provide design development and construction documentation services for a purpose-built 115 place early learning centre. The process involved significant layout changes and obtaining a new development approval. The location, in a medium density residential area and opposite the Cannon Hill train station, encouraged a more commercial architectural aesthetic whilst maintaining a residential scale.
